These Terms apply to your access to girlfriend ai and to your use of the website, account area, AI companion chat, paid features, and support. When you open or use the service, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
2. Adult Eligibility
girlfriend ai is available only to adults who are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. By visiting the site or creating an account, you confirm that you meet that requirement. We may suspend or delete an account when we reasonably believe the user is under 18 or gave inaccurate eligibility information.
3. What the Service Is
The service is an AI companion chat experience. Companions are AI-generated virtual characters. They are not real people, therapists, medical professionals, financial advisers, legal advisers, or emergency responders. girlfriend ai is not a dating platform with real people, a matchmaking service, an escort service, or a way to arrange offline meetings. Similarities between generated characters and real people are accidental or unintended.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that happens under your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact support@aigirlfriend.media promptly. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used in a misleading or abusive way.
5. Paid Features, Renewals, and Cancellation
Some parts of the service may require a subscription, credits, or another paid plan. Checkout and your account area show prices, trial terms, renewal timing, included features, and cancellation options. Unless checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation is available through account settings or by contacting support before the next renewal date.
Third-party payment providers may process payments. Refund availability depends on checkout terms, applicable law, and provider rules. Unless the offer expressly says so or the law requires it, unused time, promotional access, credits, and partially used billing periods are not promised as refundable.
6. Safety Rules

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your circumstances, and they should not be treated as professional advice. If you follow these Terms, you may use generated output for personal lawful purposes. We may still restrict, remove, or moderate content to run the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
Our Privacy Notice explains collection, use, sharing, retention, protection, and deletion of personal data. Authorization data is encrypted. Chat text is anonymized where practical, but it is not separately end-to-end encrypted and may be processed by AI and safety systems so the service can operate.
9. Platform Rights
girlfriend ai, including its brand, design, software, images, generated companion assets, and service content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or build competing services from platform materials unless we give written permission or the law permits it.
10. Suspension and Ending Use
We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, fail to pay, misuse the platform, or if continued service creates legal or security risk for us. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion as described in the Privacy Notice.
11. Service Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, exact AI behavior, particular emotional results, compatibility with every device, or that every AI response will be accurate or appropriate. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, girlfriend ai and its operators, providers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or service interruption connected with use of the service.
13. Support, Reports, and Notices
For support, billing questions, safety reports, privacy requests, account deletion, or legal notices, email support@aigirlfriend.media. Include the email address connected to your account and enough detail for us to review the request.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, business needs, or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will provide notice where required. If you continue using the service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
